Marvin,Tara, & Ethan,

1987 is ages and ages ago. That's also the last time any of you (the Serranos) took a trip up north in Mississauga, Canada. Although the house (if you remember) is still the same, the city is no longer what it used to be even as late as five years ago, not to mention 17 years ago. Albert was not even born yet in 1987 and Marvin was not too much older than Ethan now. I also know why you all came here that year. You came for a visit, but equally important, you came to bring your dear Grandma Piling for one last visit here, before she went back home to the Philippines, for good.

No, it was not as cold then as it is now. After all, it was not wintertime.

So how about that? Plan for a visit here again soon. Your parents, your sister & family, Mark and of course, Tara and Ethan. You can all come together or you can come one family at a time or come in any combination.

The WV Cabotajes visit us every now and then but it has been some time since their last. They are due for a visit too.

Last Christmas and New Year, your Auntie Baby's side of the family came over for a holiday visit from all parts of the States. All of them, that is, all of them, were here and your cousins enjoyed their company. I'm sure they will have fun with you too.

So how about that?
