Albert Jesse Lombos Cabotaje passed his road test today and got his G2 driver's license. For the unfamiliar about Canada's licensing procedures, G2 is the second step in getting a full license (G). The first one is the written exam for a learner's permit (G1). Second, is the first road test for G2 license. Finally, another road test on the highway for G.

With his G2, Albert can now drive all by himself with only two restrictions: 1) zero blood alcohol level and 2) the number of passengers in his vehicle is limited to the number of functioning seat belts in the car. There's another restriction: Anything that Mom and Dad can think of at anytime.

So Albert can now make driving errands and can pick up his Grandparents when there's a gathering at home -- among others.

i'm in MECHANICSVILLE!!

hey all...i arrived late last night...i had two short flights but a VERY long lay over in Detroit...after landing in Detroit, i had to walk at least 5km to my next gate...that was a LONG walk...it felt like i went east to west than north to south!! it was good exercise that i rewarded with chicken fingers from McD's!!

anyhow, i wasn't able to play or interact with Lydia last night nor this morning when i woke up...she had a Dr's appointment!! i don't know the results...so i'll leave that to ate jen to tell ya'll about!!

but i must say, this girl is a character!! she is SO much fun!! and how she crawls...oh dear!! her smile is to die for!!

anyhow, we are headed to VA Beach tomorrow and won't be back until Sunday/Monday...so i promise to take lots of pics...except of course of kuju in his speedos!! that's SCARY!! and i will blog with all the happenings!!
