Rusty Goes Camping!

Here are some pictures taken from the camping trip we took last weekend. We canceled our trip to Trey Mountain due to the weather and chose something nearby so that we had a good contingency plan. This was Rusty's first camping trip and I can honestly say that I think he enjoyed himself immensly. Since Zeus' passing we have really tried to include him in all of our activities; even if it meant that he got dirty and laid on the ground and exposed himself to ticks and critters. And under the preasure from everyone-I reluctantly let him off his lead and allowed him to run around with all the other dogs. I just had to let him be a dog :) There was a total of 4 dogs at the campsite with Rusty of course being the biggest. Hank is a little lab/dachtsund rescue that Rusty has known for years, Gracie is a little rat dog (Italian Greyhound) that belonged to Kate's sister and Jake is a Border Collie/Blue Healer rescue that belonged to Kate's cousin (Rusty and Jake did not get along very much as you can tell from one of the pictures. Anyway-just wanted to share. Enjoy!
