Road Trip is DUNZO....till next time!

Hello all,
I just wanted to say thank you to our gracious hosts, The Lomboses in Mechanicsville and The Agustins in Chapel Hill! Manang and I both had a really good time visiting with you all, talking, gossiping and playing with the babies!!
Highlights:
It was awesome to go to the ultrasound appointment with Ate Sheil; Manang said she almost cried! When the baby stretched his legs, that was one of the coolest things, I've ever seen. Seeing little Liddie smile the few days we were in Mechanicsville, was yet another highlight of the trip!! Running around chasing handsome Jacob and watching Acceleracers 3 times was definitely entertaining (and tiring!!). That boy has energy coming out of every orifice of his body!!! Speaking of things coming out of the body, Liddie had a huge fart while we were there. Albert, watch out, you have some competition! Suprisingly, I would say TJ Maxx was also a highlight. I HATE TJ's with a passion, but I actually enjoyed it in when we went to Chapel Hill. hahaha. Eating was also a great memory from this trip...namely the pizza in Richmond, the BBQ from Q's, the nilaga (NC style), Brazillian BBQ, and the cookies (not the burnt ones)....mmmmmmmmm DELISiSssssss....
I hope that you all can come visit us soon....July 4th right, Ate Sheil?
Anyway, its good to be back. Driving there was certainly an experience. I know Manang told me to keep it a secret, but we both agree that we found a new appreciation for Daddy's driving ways. Its hard to do, and we are young!! It was fun though, and for those of you keeping count, me and MJ did not fight at all, except maybe once. = )
Well, thats all. That was way too long a blog for me. Catch you on the flip side.....
love,
Manang/Auntie Nemo-Joyce

WOW! So close, yet so far away. Need I say more? Janice could have jogged to my house from John's in less time than it would have taken Joyce to get in the car, pull into my driveway, and open the car door. That's OK. At least I got to see Janice or should I say your left eye and nose in the picture behind Jacob. As for you Joyce, it was good reading from you. Did you at least pack a recycled wanton soup container filled with rice and an emptied butter tub filled with adobo to eat at the different rest areas along the way? Come on man, it's tradition.
