OFFICIAL PROPOSAL FOR MOM & DAD'S ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Proposed Date: Tuesday, December 27th, 2005 (community centres are closed from Dec. 24th-26th and Dec. 31-Jan 2nd)

Hall: South Common Community Centre ($300.00) - Capacity is 80 OR Mom & Dad's apt hall

Guests: Each family is allowed to invite 10 people (friends/co-workers; for the people in the USA, please have hotel accomodations for the guests you would like to invite as well as their own transportation)

Food: Catered by one of Susan's friends catering company - Filipino food, 6 courses + 2 desserts ($500.00)

Drinks: Soda, water, alcohol (beer & liqour) ($100.00)

Decorations: Untensils, plates, cups, tablecloth, streamers, balloons, signs, giveaways ($100.00-$200.00)

Priest: $50.00 + all the money from the guests contribution from the special mass

Emergency money: $100.00

If you are all in agreement to this proposal, please let me know ASAP so that the planning can go through. The next steps will be to work on distribution of assignments. Please respond ASAP.

PS: Janice and Ernan Joy will be hosting this party...they will also be the MAIN party planners...of course, they will have the help from Joyce, Cristina, Albert, Chris and Kathy who will think of special things to do for that night. And the main money contributors will of course be us siblings...I hope that my neice (Sheila) and nephews (Jean & Paolo) will also help with the money.
