Good Reading
This may not be the type of reading you guys like to spend your time on but I wanted to share 2 books that I've recently had the chance to read.
The first is "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen R. Covey. This book has been out for a while and you may have heard or even read it. This book has become somewhat of a "guide" for motivation and determination for me and has shown me how to capitalize on my strengths. Maybe it can lend some insight for someone on this forum.
Another good read is "Wild at Heart" by John Eldredge. Written with males in mind but nevertheless is a good read for anyone.
I would also like to throw this out there. I am in the process of putting together an executive summary, more specifically a comprehensive compensation and benefits package for a mock company. I am interested in obtaining examples to perhaps mold from. If anyone is familiar with their benefits and compensation plan or if you are in HR-all input is welcomed. thanks
