where does it show, sheila? if what i think is right, this is what you are seeing (like everybody else except me, the so-called blogsite "administrator"):
Any poster/blogger can edit his/her posts anytime even after they have been published. So you should see not only "edit" but also "delete" because you can do both on your own posts. You can't see the same on the others' posts because you are not the author and you do not have the permission to delete them or edit them.
with the admisnistrator, however, he can do anything he wants with any posting, be they comments or main posts. the purpose of this is to enforce some rules on, like perhaps "decency", "obscenity", etc.
a bit long-winded but i hope this answers your question.

Thats one thing I am always missing at my house...some good ol' authentic cuisine that just makes you feel good inside; especially Uncle Boy's food. Probably a good thing though...my lunch today was cold tabouli with cucumber and cherry tomatoes and a can of tuna.
